Chefs are rude and hurl abuse at the waiting staff contstantly resulting in people going home in tears to which the managemet couldn’t care less and are only seen maybe once a week and even go home early on that day. If the management decide they don’t like you or you’re not doing well enough at your job (as they really don’t do sufficient training for the job) instead of helping you or offering more training they will drop your hours until you leave. Full time staff are hired and promised full time hours then given no more than 10 hours a week when they have bills to pay for.

Labour is always being drastically cut and it is not unknown to have only two people running an entire restaurant at a busy lunch time. The staff work so hard and are constantly beat on by the people higher up with no praise, respect or so much as a thankyou for keeping the business going. Horrendous company to work for with absolutely no understanding that their front line staff are the ones who bring the money in and deal with the awful clientele.
